Mission Statement-To know Christ and to make Christ known on the campus of Boise State University.
Vision Statement-We evangelize students to be disciples on mission with Christ; empowering them to become salt and light in the world as active members of the local Church.
Committed to being a visible Catholic presence at BSU, the professional staff at St. Paul’s invites students into a closer relationship with Christ through worship, spiritual retreats, leadership formation, service and radical hospitality.
The St. Paul’s Catholic Center also serves as a way for BSU faculty, staff, alumni and friends in the Treasure Valley to assist in the mission of St. Paul’s. The families in this "sustaining community" are the foundation of the St. Paul’s student community. They provide consultation and support; serve as role models; and develop, form, and mentor the Catholic students of the University. They are true stewards through the devotion of their time, talent and treasure for the benefit of the Catholic Church. In addition, they are beneficiaries of services that St. Paul’s provides, such as sacramental life, spiritual nourishment, and ongoing formation in the faith.
St. Paul's Catholic Student Center is a facility provided and staffed by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Boise. The campus minister is appointed by the bishop and serves as the chaplain of the community. St. Paul's Catholic Community at Boise State University is a student organization recognized by Associated Students of Boise State University. With the help of an advisory board consisting of BSU faculty, staff, and alumni, the student organization and campus minister work together to provide a strong and vibrant Catholic presence on the campus .
